What is FilmFold?
FilmFold is a camera app for iPhone where every preset is a virtual camera body — its own aspect ratio, optics, controls and development process — instead of a filter applied at the end of the pipeline.
When is it coming out?
FilmFold is finishing development and will be available on the App Store soon. This page will carry the download link the day it ships.
Does FilmFold upload my photos?
No. Capture, development and storage happen entirely on your device. There is no account and no cloud — see the privacy policy for details.
Can I reprocess photos I already took?
Yes. You can import any photo from your library and develop it with any camera body. The original file is always preserved as the negative, so you can re-develop it as many times as you like.
What is FilmFold Pro?
Pro unlocks the complete camera collection — including premium bodies like Halo 400, Night CCD, Square Pop and Cine 24 — plus premium lenses and accessories, and unlimited negatives.
How much does FilmFold Pro cost?
Two options: an annual subscription at US$5.99 per year with the first 7 days free, or a one-time Lifetime purchase at US$19.99 that never renews. Prices in other currencies are set by the App Store for your region. See the terms for billing and cancellation details.
How do I cancel or restore a purchase?
Cancel the subscription any time in Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your device — cancelling at least 24 hours before the period ends stops the next charge. To restore a purchase on a new device, tap "Restore purchases" on the FilmFold Pro screen or in the app's Settings.
Which iPhones are supported?
FilmFold is designed for iPhone only and requires iOS 17 or later. It is not built for iPad.
