Licence

FilmFold is licensed, not sold, under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. By downloading or using the app you agree to it. You can read the full agreement here: Apple Standard EULA.

FilmFold Pro

The app is free to download and includes a set of cameras at no cost. FilmFold Pro unlocks the complete collection of cameras, lenses and accessories, and is offered two ways:

• Annual subscription — 7 days free, then US$5.99 per year. Prices in other currencies are set by the App Store for your region.
• Lifetime — US$19.99, a single payment. It does not renew and there is nothing to cancel.

Billing, renewal and cancellation

The annual subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending. If you start the free trial, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your device. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple — we never see or store your payment details, and refunds are handled by Apple under their terms.

Your content

The photos and videos you make with FilmFold are yours. The app runs entirely on your device and has no server, so we never receive, store or process your media. See the privacy policy for details.

Acceptable use

Don't use FilmFold to create or process material that is unlawful, or to infringe someone else's rights. Don't attempt to reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app except as the licence above allows.

Camera names and trademarks

FilmFold's cameras, lenses and accessories are original creations. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed from any camera or film manufacturer. Where a format is named, it describes the format itself and not any manufacturer's product. Any trademarks referenced remain the property of their owners.

Changes

If these terms change, the updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
